Choice of Entity (kind of company)
DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED: Business Entity organization, ownership agreements, and official filings required to start operations

Government Regulation and Licensing
DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED: Application paperwork for required permits and licenses, compliance plan if more complex (e-business, drug, environmental, continuing professional education for licensure, etc...) required on a continuing basis for proposed business facilities, owners, staff, prices, capital adequacy, ingredients, etc.

Dealing with contracts
DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED:

• Generic contracts for the business (client agreement, statements of work, etc..)
• Documentation for transactions likely to be required for new business (alliance partner agreements, VAR agreements, manufacturers representative agreements, sales contracts and/or warranties, customer credit agreements, secured transaction forms, etc...)
