A biodiesel plant needed $30 million or a buyer. We found a buyer and the contracts have been signed.

 A business owner in Barrington needed to sell
his chemical specialty business.
We worked out a deal that let him be paid for both
advice to the buyer and the assets of the business he sold.

A bar owner sold his bar, but Illinois held the money. We worked over Christmas to get the city of Chicago and state of Illinois to allow release of funds.

A Pakistan-based client  needed tax-effective organization for live chat operators that help increase sales
on US websites. We organized an Illinois LLC
and documented US-Pakistan tax treaty reporting rules.
 

A trust benefiting a local church needed court defense against a disgruntled heir. We got the biggest lawyer malpractice award in DuPage County history against the challenger.

A franchise buyer needed help organizing his new business. We helped him understand the disclosure documents, negotiate fair leases, and make money in the system he decided to join.
 

The State Pollution Control Board needed help writing procedural rules. As a consultant to the Board's Chair, Price drafted updated rules as well as helping the Board understand the issues it faced and the caseload it needed to manage.
 

A church qualified for a property tax exemption, once we prepared the proper application to local and state agencies with jurisdiction.We also successfully documented federal income tax and state sales tax exemptions for the entity.
